Little Rowfant - Third Lake
Brief description of fishery:
This lake has seen quite a transformation in recent years, being extended, desilted and made deeper in areas. The lake has a young feel with newly planted trees around the banks. You will find 12 well maintained pegs to choose from. Average depths of 5-6 feet dropping to 7ft in the middle.
In a break from the norm this lake is a Carp free zone

Access & Parking
Diagonally opposite the entrance to Rowfant Business Park, take the track for 100 yards until you find the metal gates to our car park on the left. We have a large car park with CCTV on the entrance.
